Who can enter
• Open to banks, financial institutions and corporate & investment banking divisions operating in Asia Pacific. • Entries must relate to corporate and/or investment banking — deals, products, services, technology or team achievements. • Submissions should cover work during the qualifying period (1 January – 31 December 2025). • Enter as many categories as are relevant; each entry should be specific to a single category and market. • Support each entry with clear evidence — metrics, outcomes or client impact. • Free to enter. Incomplete entries, or entries received after the deadline, may not be considered.

Terms & conditions
1. Eligibility — By submitting an entry, you confirm that the entrant meets the eligibility criteria and that you are authorised to submit on the organisation's behalf. 2. Accuracy — All information provided must be true, accurate and not misleading; Charlton Media Group may verify any claim and disqualify entries found to be inaccurate or fraudulent. 3. Deadline — Entries must be submitted by the published closing date; late submissions are not accepted unless an extension is announced by the organiser. 4. Judging — Entries are assessed by an independent panel of judges; judging is conducted confidentially and the judges' decisions are final. 5. Confidentiality — Commercially sensitive information is shared only with the judging panel and authorised organiser staff; please do not submit information you are not permitted to disclose. 6. Categories — The organiser may reassign an entry to a more appropriate category, merge or withdraw categories, or decline an entry where insufficient submissions are received. 7. Publicity — Winners and finalists agree that their organisation name, category and market may be used by Charlton Media Group for editorial, promotional and marketing purposes. 8. Data & privacy — Personal details provided are processed solely to administer the awards and contact entrants, in line with our Privacy Policy. 9. Changes — The organiser may amend these terms, the categories, the schedule or the format where reasonably necessary, and will communicate material changes to entrants. 10. Acceptance — Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
