These terms govern your use of the CMG Awards platform operated by Charlton Media Group. By registering or submitting an entry you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
Each awards programme sets its own eligibility criteria, categories and deadlines, published on the relevant programme page. You are responsible for ensuring your entry meets those criteria.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Submissions
- You confirm that the information in your entry is true and that you have the right to submit any content and materials included.
- You grant us a licence to use your entry for the purposes of administering, judging and promoting the awards.
- Entries may be edited until the programme deadline, after which they are locked for judging.
4. Judging
Entries are assessed by an independent panel against published criteria. Judging decisions are final. We may disqualify entries that breach these terms or a programme's rules.
5. Fees
Where an entry fee applies, it is shown before submission. Fees are non-refundable once an entry has been submitted, except where required by law.
6. Liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform or participation in an awards programme.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
